Important Delivery Considerations

How should I prepare for my delivery?

  1. Contractor Notification: If you are working with a contractor, inform them of the estimated delivery timeframe so they can prepare for unloading and installation.
  2. Delivery Inspection: Upon arrival, inspect the crate and packaging before signing for the delivery. If any visible damage is present, document it immediately and contact us for assistance.
  3. Special Handling:
    • Due to the size and weight of our products, we recommend having two or more people available to assist with unloading.
    • For larger orders, a forklift may be necessary for safe unloading.

What if my order arrives damaged?

  • If you notice any damage upon delivery, take clear photos and document the issue immediately.
  • Do not sign off on the delivery without noting the damage.
