All Gladiator products are custom-built architectural materials manufactured to customer specifications.

Materials are cut and produced specifically for your project
Products cannot be resold once manufactured

Orders become final once specifications are approved and production begins.

No cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted after production starts. Please review all measurements and specifications carefully before approval.

4. Quotes, Orders & Payments

Quotes are estimates until formally accepted. Pricing, availability, and timelines may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders
Correct pricing errors
Limit quantities
Require additional verification

Final balances must be paid prior to shipment.

Failure to complete payment may result in shipment delay or order cancellation.

5. Production Timelines

Estimated lead times are provided for planning purposes only and are not guarantees.

Manufacturing and shipping timelines may vary due to:

Global logistics
Weather or port delays
Carrier issues
Force majeure events beyond our control

Delays do not constitute breach of contract and do not entitle customers to refunds or chargebacks.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All products ship via insured freight.

Upon shipment:

Ownership transfers to the customer
Delivery timelines are carrier-controlled
The customer is responsible for receiving the shipment

Any shipping damage must be documented and reported immediately upon delivery.

We will assist with claims but are not responsible for carrier negligence.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that website content, specifications, or product representations are error-free.

Colors and finishes may vary based on screens, lighting, and manufacturing tolerances.

Customers are responsible for verifying measurements and project suitability.
