Refund & Custom Order Policy

At Gladiator Window and Doors, every product we build is custom-made to your exact specifications. Because our doors and windows are manufactured specifically for each customer and project, our refund policy reflects the nature of custom fabrication.

Custom Manufacturing Orders

All standard orders are built-to-order based on approved measurements, finishes, and configurations.

Once final specifications are approved and production begins:

Orders cannot be canceled
Products cannot be returned or exchanged
Refunds are not available

This policy exists because materials are cut, fabricated, and assembled specifically for your project and cannot be resold.

Estimated production time is approximately 12–14 weeks plus transit time. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on material availability, factory scheduling, logistics, or other factors outside our control.

Dealer Stock / Drop-Ship Orders

In some cases, customers may request in-stock product sourced from an independent dealer. These are classified as dealer stock fulfillment and are also final sale items.

Because these products are reserved specifically for your order:

No cancellations
No returns
No refunds

If Something Changes

We understand construction projects evolve. If there is an issue such as:

Measurement concerns
Project delays
Delivery coordination problems
Changes in scope

While custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins, our team will always make reasonable efforts to help find a workable solution whenever possible. Our goal is to support your project — not create stress.

Shipping & Delivery

All products ship via insured freight and are professionally crated to reduce risk of damage.

Once an order ships:

Ownership transfers to the customer
Shipping timelines are carrier-controlled
Damage claims must be reported immediately upon delivery

If damage occurs, notify us right away so we can assist with the claim process.

Final Payments

Final balances must be completed prior to shipment to allow scheduling and logistics coordination.
