01 · Order to doorstep

Six steps from order to install-ready.

Every door is made to order for your opening, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. You can follow each stage live on your own tracking link.

  1. 01
    Day one

    Order confirmed

Once your sizes and details are confirmed and your deposit is in, your order goes into production and you receive your own live tracking link.

  2. 02
    10–14 weeks

    Built to order

Your doors are built to your exact opening, color and configuration. Lead time year round is about 10–12 weeks for West Coast orders and 12–14 weeks for East Coast orders.

  3. 03
    Before it ships

    Custom crated

Each order is sealed in fully enclosed, reinforced wood crates: one for the frame, one for the panels. Glass is already mounted and hardware is pre-drilled and test-fitted.

  4. 04
    In transit

    Private insured carrier

We ship on private, insured carriers rather than common freight networks, so your crates stay on one truck instead of being unloaded and re-handled along the way.

  5. 05
    Delivery day

    Delivered to your site

Your tracking link shows when the order leaves production and when it is due, so you can line up your contractor and two people to unload.

  6. 06
    Before you sign

    Inspect, then install

Photograph the crates, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, then hand your installer a door that is ready to set, not a kit to assemble.

02 · Premium crating

Not strapped to a pallet.

Many companies ship large doors on basic, open-frame crating. We build a fully enclosed custom crate for every order, because a door that arrives damaged helps no one.

~$1,000Invested in crating every order · included

Fully enclosed & reinforced

Solid wood on every side, built to the dimensions of your order.

Impact-resistant design

Panels are braced so they can't shift or rub in transit.

Weather protection

Glass and finish are sealed in against road spray and exposure.

Shock-absorbent cushioning

Padding at every contact point protects the frame and glass edges.

03 · Delivery day

How to get ready.

Large doors are heavy and the crates are big. A little planning makes delivery day quick and keeps your project on schedule.

Tell your contractor

Share the delivery window from your tracking link with your contractor so they can plan unloading and installation.

Two or more people

Because of the size and weight, have at least two people on hand to unload the crates from the truck.

Large orders

For larger, multi-door orders, a forklift may be needed to unload safely. Ask us if you're not sure what your order needs.

Camera ready

Photograph the crates before they come off the truck. It takes a minute and protects you if anything was damaged in transit.

04 · If something's wrong

Note it before you sign.

Freight damage is rare with fully enclosed crates, but if it happens, what you do in the first five minutes decides how fast it gets fixed. Don't sign for a clean delivery if you can see damage.

  1. 01

    Inspect the crates

Walk around every crate and the frame bundle before the driver leaves. Look for punctures, crushed corners or broken boards.

  2. 02

    Take clear photos

Photograph any damage to the crate and, once opened, to the product itself, with the delivery paperwork in at least one shot.

  3. 03

    Write it on the receipt

Describe the visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Signing without noting it makes a freight claim much harder.

  4. 04

Call us — don't install it

Contact our team as soon as possible with your photos. Don't install a product you've already found a problem with; let us make it right first.

05 · Shipping questions

Shipping & delivery FAQ.

The questions customers ask us most about lead time, freight and delivery, answered plainly.

How long does shipping take?

Every Gladiator order is built to order. Lead time year round is about 10–12 weeks for West Coast orders and about 12–14 weeks for East Coast orders, from order confirmation to delivery-ready. Your tracking link shows each stage as it happens.

What if I need my doors sooner?

We keep a limited number of brand-new, never-installed doors in stock from dealer and pro-account change orders, and they ship right away. Check In-Stock Clearance for what is available today, or call us and we'll check common sizes for you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping on standard orders is free, fully insured and delivered to your address. Crating is included too. We don't add it as a line item.

How is my order packaged?

Each order ships in fully enclosed, reinforced custom wood crates: one holds the frame and another holds the panels. Glass is already mounted and hardware is pre-drilled and test-fitted, so nothing is flat-packed.

Who delivers the doors?

We use private, insured carriers instead of common freight networks, so your crates stay on one truck from our warehouse to your site instead of being unloaded and re-handled along the way.

Where do orders ship from?

We have warehouses in Florida and California and ship to all 50 states. Larger projects can also be shipped internationally. Ask us for a quote to your destination.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you get your own tracking link with live production updates, shipment information, and every document for your order, including CAD drawings and install guides. Here is a demo of the tracking portal.

What do I need on delivery day?

Have at least two people available to unload the crates from the truck. For larger, multi-door orders a forklift may be needed. Let your contractor know the delivery window from your tracking link so they can plan the install.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the damage, write it on the delivery receipt before you sign, and contact us as soon as possible with your photos. Don't install a product you've already found a problem with. We'll work with you to make it right.

Is the door assembled when it arrives?

It arrives ready to install, not as a kit. Frames are assembled, glass is mounted, and hardware is pre-drilled and test-fitted at the factory. The panels come out of their crate separately and a qualified installer sets them in the frame.
