At Gladiator Window & Doors, every order is carefully handled to ensure safe delivery and professional coordination. Because we offer both custom manufacturing and dealer-stock fulfillment, shipping timelines vary based on the option selected at checkout.


Fulfillment Options

Option 1 — Custom Manufacturing (Best Value)

Most Gladiator products are built-to-order.

  • Estimated production time: 12–14 weeks

  • Built specifically to your project specifications

  • Best pricing available

  • Professional crating for freight shipping

This option provides the highest level of customization and factory-direct value.


Option 2 — Dealer Stock Fulfillment (Expedited)

For select standard sizes, we may source inventory from our stocking dealer network.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–9 business days

  • Availability varies by size and dealer inventory

  • Different pricing may apply

Order Processing

Please allow up to 2 business days for order confirmation and processing. This timeframe is separate from manufacturing or dealer-stock lead times.


Shipping Timeline After Production

Once your order is ready:

  • Shipment is scheduled within 7 business days

  • Tracking information will be provided

  • Freight transit typically takes 7–12 business days depending on location

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier availability.


Freight Delivery Responsibilities

Orders ship via insured freight in reinforced wooden crates.

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide an accurate delivery address

  • Ensure delivery access for a freight truck

  • Coordinate unloading with your contractor if needed

  • Inspect shipment at delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available for delivery.

If damage is visible at delivery:

👉 Note it on the delivery paperwork
👉 Photograph the crate and contents
👉 Contact us immediately

We will assist with freight claims.


Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Please verify all shipping details before finalizing your order.


International Orders

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
