Contractor Notification: If you're working with a contractor, please let them know the estimated delivery window so they can prepare for unloading and installation.

Delivery Inspection: When your order arrives, inspect the packaging and crate before signing for delivery. If there’s any visible damage, document it immediately and contact us so we can assist with a resolution.

Special Handling: These are large, heavy products. We recommend having at least two people available to assist with unloading. For larger orders, a forklift may be necessary.
