01
Upgraded Seal Package — Included
Seals are the first thing to fail on a sliding door, and failed seals are what causes hazing and fogging between the glass. Every door we build gets an upgraded seal package instead of the stock seal — better energy efficiency and no fogging years down the road.
- Upgraded seals on every door, standard
- Three-seal perimeter design with hidden drainage
- Covered by our warranty — most brands cover seals 1–3 years, if at all
Cheap import brands: stock seals, short seal warranty. Read their warranty and you'll see exactly what they skipped.
02
Upgraded Rollers & Bottom-Hung Track
Nothing on our doors is stock hardware. Our sliders are true bottom-hung — the full weight of the panels rides on precision rollers at the sill instead of hanging from the head, so the frame isn't carrying the load.
- Upgraded precision rollers & bearings
- Smooth-glide rail — large panels move with one finger
- Commercial-grade handles and multipoint locks
- All moving parts warrantied — most brands exclude them
Most manufacturers sell this as a paid upgrade. It's standard on every sliding door we ship.
03
100% Aluminum Construction
Not a wood core. Not vinyl wrapped in aluminum. All aluminum, start to finish — stronger, more stable, and it won't rot, swell, or warp behind a wrap.
- 6063-T5 aluminum profiles, 2.2mm thick
- 92mm frame depth for large-span panels
- SUS304 stainless steel track
- Thermally broken frame
04
Upgraded Dual-Pane Glass — Included
Most imports ship 3–4mm single-thickness glazing to save cost. We use dual 6mm upgraded, thermal-rated insulated glass on every door, included — which matters more on a slider, where panels are large and heavy.
- Low-E glass included
- Argon-filled insulated unit
- Less bowing and flex on wide panels
- Better insulation and sound control
05
Low-Profile Track — Upgraded on Every Door
A lot of knock-off brands leave you with a giant step-over at the threshold. Every one of our doors is upgraded to low-profile track, included — and you have real options.
- Low profile track (standard upgrade)
- Recessed track — built-in drain system
- High track available
- Track ramps available
- Hidden drainage on every track type
06
Custom Crated, Ready to Install
Every order ships in a custom-built wooden crate that costs us over $1,000 per order. Some brands won't even mount the glass — they ship it loose to save on freight and hand you the labor.
- Glass mounted at the factory
- Pre-drilled and test-fitted before crating
- Arrives ready to install — less labor, faster install
07
Private, Insured, Direct Delivery
Most brands hand your door to a large freight carrier that loads and unloads it ten times before it reaches you. That's where damage happens — and slider panels are the largest, heaviest units we ship.
- Private drivers, direct to you — costs us 4× more per order
- Insurance taken out on every load
- Never unloaded between the factory and your job site
Why We Build Them This Way
We got into this business as contractors. After installing multiple brands ourselves and watching unit after unit fail for the exact same reasons — seals, rollers, damage in transit, and a warranty process designed to deny the claim — we built a door that does it completely differently.
- Every upgrade included in the price, not sold back to you
- Install issues eliminated — pre-drilled, test-fitted, ready to hang
- We're in the USA for after-sale support and warranty, not overseas
- We warranty what actually breaks — seals and moving parts included
Our doors are not stock for a reason. They're all aluminum for a reason. A door should not need to be replaced two years down the road — don't buy a cheap door and get forced into buying a second one within a year.
